Spacious and comfortable townhouse in the heart of Agaete, between the dock and the town of Agaete, the house features three large bedrooms, a terrace with a barbecue, hammocks, shaded areas, an outdoor shower, fruit trees, and a large rooftop terrace with fantastic views of the Tamadaba Natural Park. There is also a porch at the entrance, ideal for enjoying a good local coffee, and a huge interior patio. Agaete is a seaside village, its town center is located at an altitude of 43 meters above sea level. The topography of Agaete is, in general, very steep. Three main basins stand out: El Risco, Guayedra and Agaete, reaching a maximum altitude of 1,180 meters in the summit area of Pinar de Tamadaba.
Tamadaba Natural Park is a protected area and contains the largest pine forest in Gran Canaria. Towards the sea, the massif descends steep slopes, steep ravines, and sheer cliffs, creating a landscape of great beauty, where the impressive Roque Faneque stands out, whose 1,008 meters drop vertically into the sea and is considered one of the highest active cliffs in the world. In Puerto de Las Nieves, you can see the Roque Partido or Dedo Dios, another symbol of the Canarians. The Roque Partido is a rock formation that has taken the shape of a hand due to erosion.
