In a secure residence with swimming pool and 300m from the beach in Valras-Plage!
The "Le Clos de la Mer" residence is a quiet, secure residence with a shared swimming pool open from May 25 to September 25!
This charming pavilion is composed as follows:
- A pleasant terrace with awning
- A parking space in front of the pavilion
- A living room with a double sofa bed (140) leading to an open kitchen, a bathroom with WC, and a second terrace at the rear of the accommodation with barbecue.
- Upstairs: a mezzanine with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed (140), a second WC.
Good to know:
- Animals are not allowed.
- Filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker

What to do in Valras / Sérignan and the surrounding area?
A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bicycle rental, Jetski, pétanque ground, Karting, Treetop adventure course, canoeing
In case of bad weather: Plan a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise, relax at the Spa or Casino!
All amenities within a few minutes' walk: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Sérignan commercial area is 4 km away and Béziers Polygone is 20 minutes away.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
Getting around: Free shuttle from Valras-Plage from the various free car parks to the city centre. Bus line E.

- From January 1st to June 30th and from September 14th to December 31st:
Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday: 2 p.m. / 6 p.m.
-From July 1st to September 14th: Saturday: 3 p.m. / 6 p.m.
