Newly renovated, our superb apartment is a large duplex, located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence (no elevator), fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers.
Organized as a duplex, it is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: a beautiful living room equipped with a UHD Smart TV and a library
- Ground floor: a closed kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals
- Ground floor: 1 beautiful bedroom equipped with high-end bedding 140x200cm
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (including 1 with bathtub)
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Trouville while being peaceful and less than 2 minutes' walk from the beach and the casino.
Free access to bed and bath linen, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. A travel cot can be provided (on request only).
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
PLEASE NOTE: Facade renovation work will begin on October 20, 2024. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please note that this only applies to weekday reservations, Monday through Friday.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located 1 minute from the beach, opposite the casino, in a well-maintained residence, typical of the architecture of the famous Trouville fishermen's houses.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
