On the 1st floor of a sea view residence, 66 m² apartment, classified ***, 2 steps from the port of Locmalo (view of the sea and the port of Locmalo from the main windows).
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, espresso machine, conventional coffee maker, toaster, kettle and induction hob.
In the living room you will find a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi.
You will also find a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
In terms of sleeping:
- The master bedroom with a 140cm double bed (220x240cm duvet), overlooking the sea, electric shutter within easy reach.
- A bedroom with two single beds of 90 (duvets 200X200).
- A sofa bed (140x190) provides extra sleeping space for two.
The apartment is absolutely non-smoking.
Bicycle storage available. Pets allowed.
The Red Coast beach is 200 meters away at high tide and 50 meters away at low tide. You can swim, sail, or go fishing on foot.
You can also reach the Citadel and its museums in 15 minutes on foot via the customs path (restaurants on the beach). The main shops (bakery, cheese shop, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, etc.) as well as restaurants are accessible on foot in 7-8 minutes, located on the "grand'rue" (market on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings during the months of July and August).
Please note that it is possible to reach Gâvres or Lorient by boat (very interesting, especially during the Interceltic Festival). Bicycles can be taken on board.
