Come stay in this charming stone house, located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac, ideal for family stays. This house, which can accommodate up to 6 guests, is located on the edge of the magnificent resorts of Sables-d'or-les-Pins, Cap Fréhel, and Fort-la-Latte.
This house offers you:
On the ground floor:
- A large living room with lounge (sofa bed, armchairs, TV and Wi-Fi) and dining table for 6 guests;
- A fully equipped kitchen, including: sink, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and multiple accessories (cutting board, cheese graters, utensils, pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink and mirror;
On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm);
- A second bedroom with a classic double bed (140x190cm);
- A third bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm);
- The house has a garage with washing machine, clothes dryer, children's toys;
- Fully equipped terrace with outdoor dining table for 6 people, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue and fully enclosed garden.
