In the heart of Plurien, a charming village near the seaside resorts of Sables-d'or-les-Pins and Erquy, with golf, tennis, a sailing school, and a casino. The town of Plurien, with its various local shops, is located just 2 km from the center of Sables-d'or-les-Pins and its amenities (bars, restaurants, shops, summer market, summer attractions, etc.).
This small house, located on the owners' land, offers you:
- A living room with sofa and dining area for 4 people;
- A fully equipped open kitchen with: sink, 4-ring gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, teapot, toaster, kettle, as well as various accessories (chopping board, utensils, pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm);
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm);
- A bathroom including a shower cubicle, a washing machine and a sink;
- A toilet;
- A terrace with a dining table for 4 people, barbecue and deckchairs;
