Magnificent 27 square meter apartment located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Array: Accommodating up to 4 people, it is ideal for a couple.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bathroom;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its location in a very pleasant neighborhood.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Fan, Oven.
The apartment is located close to many restaurants (there is a Michelin-starred one across the street), public transport (2 metro lines available) and food shops.
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket a 3-minute walk away for your everyday shopping.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon, which draws a continuous flow of travelers to the center.
