ArrayIt measures 68 m² with a spacious and comfortable living space, swimming pool, tennis court and pétanque court in the residence. You will love its location close to the sea, accessible on foot.

One of the house's strong points is its location. It's located close to the sea, and you'll have the opportunity to set off directly on foot for hikes in the magnificent Esterel massif.

Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sporting and cultural town, as well as a popular seaside resort for tourists. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty fine sand or pebble beaches, from the town center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing, and diving, walks along the waterfront, as well as a maritime archaeological museum, you can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Victoire, and the Bonaparte Garden.
