Welcome to Saint-Raphaël!
This magnificent 200-square-meter villa has been completely renovated and is fully air-conditioned. It is located on a hillside facing the sea, offering breathtaking views from the secure, heated infinity pool, the terrace, the living room, and even the bedrooms. The beach is within walking distance of the house.
The accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 11 people.
The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and will be perfect for a tourist stay. It has: Parking, Coffee machine (Nespresso), Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television (with Canal+ subscription), Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Dryer, Wifi (fiber) and Air conditioning. You can also enjoy the outdoors with the large swimming pool of 10 meters by 4 meters renovated (overflow, treated with salt, secured by submerged cover and heated), the pétanque court (with a set of boules and a set of molkki), and the ping pong table (we have rackets and balls).
The accommodation has 5 single beds (90x200) and 3 double beds (160x200 cm). It is suitable for babies (travel cot, changing table, suitable dishes and baby chair).
It will be highly appreciated for its proximity to local favorites. The estate is gated, so you'll enjoy peace and quiet, away from traffic.
The house is built on four levels on the side of the Antéor hill, where you can enjoy magnificent walks in the Estérel, a massif with beautiful red stones. You will have beautiful views of the sea, Saint-Raphaël, and Cannes from the heights of the hill. Along the property, you will find the estate's staircase leading to the sea, just a 10-minute walk away.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be automatically handed over via a key box starting at 4 p.m. at the property's address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
You may be asked to pay an additional tourist tax depending on the booking platform you choose.
