This beautiful apartment has just been completely renovated, so everything is new.
Quiet and pleasant, it is very functional and located in a cul-de-sac (no traffic noise). With two double-glazed windows, it is located on the 2nd floor without a lift and includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Iron, Ironing board, Toaster, Kettle, etc.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience.
