After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. 📍 The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, in the immediate vicinity of the Saint-Martin-d'Hères sports complex (stadiums, municipal swimming pool and various infrastructures), and close to the university swimming pool and the student campus.
You will find many shops in the surrounding area, from small local shops to a shopping center.
There are many small parks and green spaces nearby... Paul Mistral Park, the heart of Grenoble, is just a few minutes' walk away!
🚌 Getting around:
Tram D stop "Maison Communale" is a 2-minute walk away, tram C stop "Neyrpic-Belledone" (direct access to the university campus and the city center) is a 5-minute walk away.
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
