Welcome to Saint-Aygulf, a small seaside resort between Fréjus and Les Issambres, where everything is located by the sea. You will have the pleasure of staying in this magnificent Mediterranean-themed house with a private pool and a terrace equipped for the beautiful sunny days that the French Riviera offers. And for even more comfort, you will be 250m from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the beach.
Welcome to Saint-Aygulf, we offer you for rent a pretty house within a small, calm and peaceful co-ownership, which will offer you a sublime setting as close to the seaside as to the town center.
You will also be 30 minutes from Cannes, approximately 50 minutes from Nice airport and 1 hour 10 minutes from Toulon airport.
The house consists of:
A fully equipped kitchen separate from the living room opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
In the sleeping area on the ground floor: a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) ideal for children.
These two ground floor bedrooms overlook a small garden.
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes the sleeping area.
A large living room, very bright with its large bay windows with electric shutters, runs along the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The dining room, equipped with a large table, opens onto the living room. Two non-convertible sofas and numerous armchairs create a relaxation area with a television and internet box.
Upstairs, a large mezzanine consisting of a parental suite (closed) with private terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a double bed 140x190 and shower room with WC.
A sleeping area is fitted with a 140x190 convertible sofa on the open part of the mezzanine which opens onto part of the living room.
Outside, a large terrace furnished and equipped with: sun loungers by the pool, a large dining table with parasols on the terrace, with a sheltered area for the barbecue.
The house is located in a small, closed, and secured condominium with an electric gate. There are four parking spaces attached to the house.

Located 250 meters from the sea and 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, snacks, banks, post office etc. nearby.
There are many local activities for all ages, such as:
Scuba diving and exploration, jet skiing, towed buoy, pedal boat rental, kayaking, water skiing, boat rental, water park, amusement park, buggy rides, hiking on the iconic customs trail.
You'll be spoiled for choice to fill your long summer days with family or friends.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be automatically handed over via a key box starting at 4 p.m. at the property's address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
You may be asked to pay an additional tourist tax depending on the booking platform you choose.

Afterward, you'll have access to a digital welcome booklet available to you throughout your stay. It contains all the information you need about the check-in procedure, how the accommodation works, useful addresses, and more.
