The owner's note, Lola
Magnificent 46 square meter accommodation located in Saint-Ouen.
ArrayVery good stay! :-)
Located in Saint-Ouen, the accommodation is warm, well decorated and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a modern kitchen and a beautiful living room area with a sofa bed and a television to relax after an intense day.
You will have at your disposal to have an excellent stay:
High-speed internet (fiber), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and a small ironing board.
The apartment is ideally located near the Île de Vannes (11 min walk), the Château St-Ouen (7 min walk), and the Grand Parc des Docks (12 min walk). The Sacré-Cœur Basilica is 38 min away by bus line 85, the Arc de Triomphe is 35 min away by metro line 14-1 and the Eiffel Tower is 45 min away by train line C, then bus lines 173/274.
You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix 5 min walk away and a Tropic Marché 6 min walk away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
Although the accommodation is located on the ground floor, with a large entrance hall and a large bedroom (14m²), it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, particularly due to the bathroom with bathtub, and the small separate WC.
Between the Seine and Plaine-Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen adds to the pleasures of classic tourism an industrial heritage that today interests a growing public. The origin of the name comes from Saint-Ouen, Bishop of Rouen, who died in the royal villa of Clippiacum inhabited by Dagobert. At the foot of the fortifications, before the War of 1914, the rag-pickers, the biffins, settled, giving the name "flea market".
