LES REALES Residence - Ideal for family vacations, this beautiful 2-bedroom mezzanine house with a beautiful 250 m² fenced and wooded garden awaits you for great barbecue evenings! Located in the Aygual area, close to beaches, shops, and entertainment.
It is composed of entrance hall, bedroom 1 with 1 bed 140, bedroom 2 with 2 beds 90, bedroom 3 - bed 90, bathroom with shower, separate WC, a living room with TV (possibility of sleeping in the sofa bed 140) which opens onto the terrace with barbecue and the private garden well planted and not overlooked! (Deckchair, deck chair)
The kitchen is separate and equipped (fridge/freezer, mini oven, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.)
The mezzanine has been converted into a sleeping area with a 120 cm bed.
Private parking space.
An adult bicycle is available (the agency declines all responsibility for its condition)
The pros: Geographic location, beautiful garden size.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be requested.
