LES JARDINS DE NEPTUNE Residence - secure with a shared swimming pool open from 04/15 to 10/01 (Opening subject to government and prefectural decisions), a children's play area (park, ping-pong, basketball court, etc.) you will discover this vacation rental for 4 people.
38 m2 cottage with terrace equipped with garden furniture with awning and electric barbecue.
The accommodation on 2 levels consists of:
On the ground floor: A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a living room with a sofa and TV, a kitchenette with a ceramic hob - fridge/freezer - dishwasher - microwave..., a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), TV and storage cupboard.
Only the ground floor has air conditioning - Fan upstairs.
The rental has Wi-Fi (Netflix and Canal + access)
No washing machine but laundry in the residence with purchase of tokens.
Parking will be on the street (parking spaces in the 2 streets near the residence).
Multiple activities at the gates of the residence - Discovery of the Port and its entertainment - Beach - Shopping - Sports activities.
A beautiful vacation is on the horizon!
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be requested.
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
