It is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Rouen, 50 meters from the Rouen Prefecture and 200 meters from the Place du Vieux Marché. Combining modern chic and vintage bohemian decor, this superb apartment will offer you all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Many shops and restaurants are located near the apartment.
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, arranged as a duplex, it can accommodate 4 people. It is composed as follows:
- A fully equipped fitted kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A dining room with a period wooden table;
- A walk-in shower room with WC.
Upstairs, you will find:
- A bedroom equipped with an excellent quality double bed;
- A second bedroom equipped with an excellent quality double bed;
- A superb relaxation area (lounge) equipped with a "frame" TV with access to Canal+, OCS, Netflix, Disney+ and Spotify. We also provide 2 yoga mats and board games.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while being less than 2 minutes by car from the main roads.
Please note: due to the many stairs (remember, this is a 3rd floor and duplex apartment), this apartment is not necessarily suitable for people with mobility issues, nor is it kid-friendly. For this reason, we do not offer a travel cot.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but many parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets. For private parking, 500m from the apartment you will have access to the underground parking of the Place du Vieux Marché and La Pucelle).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located near the city center of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the big clock is less than 300m away on foot).
Your travels will be made easier thanks to its proximity to rail and road networks. You'll be just 3 minutes from the train station by car (10 minutes on foot), this accommodation is ideally located for all your trips in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, etc.).
You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
