The spacious living room has another sofa (which can be converted into an extra bed if needed), a dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The apartment features a walk-in shower, high-speed internet, and a separate toilet. Sheets and towels are provided, and professional cleaning is provided before and after each stay.
The 3rd arrondissement is a district with many office and residential buildings, the Part-Dieu TGV station, the largest shopping center in Europe and the brand new Oxygène Tower.
