This apartment was completely renovated in September!
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a living room with a convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located at the foot of the Guy Môquet metro station.
There are also many quality food shops near the building.
Places of interest near the accommodation:

The 17th arrondissement is located in the northwest of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois district in Paris. It boasts an excellent quality of life, whether it's safety, proximity, cleanliness, or calm. It boasts excellent public transport links and is just minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact an extension of the Champs-Élysées. On the northeast side is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old-world French and bohemian atmosphere.
