Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its view.
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that the two single beds can be combined into a double bed. There is a shared garden in the condominium.
The apartment is located close to many bars and restaurants.
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket 400 m from the building for your small daily purchases.
The area is also well served by public transport.

The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, as well as numerous administrative buildings and seats of power (the National Assembly, several ministries, embassies, etc.). Finally, it's where some of the capital's wealthiest people live. The Faubourg Saint-Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts remarkable architecture today. It also provides easy access to the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon), as well as the Louvre Museum, the Champs-Élysées, the Pont Alexandre III, and more.
