Magnificent 39 square meter apartment located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayI welcome you to my 39 square meter apartment in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, located on the ground floor. It is ideally located near the QUAYS DE SEINE, not far from the CHAMP DE MARS and the EIFFEL TOWER. The BEAUGRENELLE district is quiet, residential but commercial. You will find many shops, bakeries, butcher shops and small typical restaurants. Very pleasant stay :)
Located in Paris, the comfortable accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and a television to relax after a busy day in Paris. The accommodation is rated 2 stars.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, namely:
Coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, washing machine.
The accommodation is accessible to people with disabilities. Only the bathroom is not adapted.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and lively neighborhood. It provides access to many of Paris's monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center, Beaugrenelle, and its streets lined with shops like Rue du Commerce. It's a pleasant place to be, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
