Magnificent 37 square meter apartment located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.

Located in Paris, the spacious accommodation is perfect for a tourist or business trip for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful black and white bathroom with a shower, and a lovely living room with a television to relax after a busy day, as well as a sofa bed.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, namely:
Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Toaster, Electric kettle.
You'll be well served by public transport, allowing you to explore the entire city and its surrounding areas! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to metro lines 8, 5, and 9, as well as various Paris train stations.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses; I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! A Carrefour Market is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. There are many great bars and restaurants on Rue des Filles du Calvaire.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
Inseparable from the famous Marais district, which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and constitutes the quietest part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the most pleasant places in Paris to live, as long as you like peace and quiet. A "sophisticated village," the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market, and numerous specialty food shops, particularly along Rue de Bretagne.
