LE PLAN DU PONT: Garden level of a Provençal country house with private pool. 5 bedrooms for 9 people. Comfortable and pleasant living in the countryside, 15 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the city center.
Located in a rural setting yet just a few kilometers from Hyères town center and the beaches.
Bastide of approximately 120 m². Living room opening onto a large furnished terrace with a view of the countryside. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have a shower room and toilet.
Please note: the house is on two levels, but only the ground floor is intended for vacationers. The pool will be shared with the owners if they are in their house during the vacationers' stay.
House amenities: secure parking within the property, free Wi-Fi internet, swimming pool.
ATTENTION: the swimming pool will be open from 06/29 to 09/07
To be paid on site: Security deposit of €800 plus tourist tax.
Possibility of renting household linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for single beds per change.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 150 euros.
