Magnificent 105 square meter apartment located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
Array
For any arrival between 10 p.m. and midnight, a supplement will be requested.

Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed;
- two bathrooms;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room;
- and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate:
- its brightness (double glazing);
- her calm (caretaker in the building);
- its 25 m² tree-lined and sunny terrace (with garden furniture for enjoying aperitifs or dinners);
- its location (in a pleasant neighborhood, right in the center of Paris, a stone's throw from numerous museums and restaurants).

The apartment is located near the "Pont de l'Alma" metro station.
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket at the foot of the building for your small daily purchases.

The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous monuments in the world, as well as many administrative buildings and seats of power (the National Assembly, several ministries, embassies, etc.). Finally, it's where some of the wealthiest people in the capital live. The Faubourg Saint Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts remarkable architecture today. It also provides easy access to the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon) and the Louvre Museum. Go shopping on the Champs-Élysées (15 minutes on foot) via Pont Alexandre 3 or stroll through the Marais district (25 minutes by metro)...
