Magnificent 40 square meter apartment located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayIt is 40 square meters and has two bedrooms. It is located on the 1st floor without elevator but it is very bright (no vis-à-vis). Perfect for a stay for 4 people with family, lovers or friends.

The apartment is small but very cozy. It has been recently renovated. It has two double beds and a shower room accessible from both bedrooms. A small living room area will allow you to relax after a busy day! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (just for you!), four induction hobs, an oven, and all the equipment you need for good cooking! The bathroom also has a washer/dryer if needed.
The apartment is located near the Ménilmontant metro station (line 2, which runs throughout Paris), a bike station, and a taxi rank. This means you'll have excellent transport links for exploring Paris and its surrounding areas!
The area is very pleasant with many quality bars and restaurants and some emblematic places of the capital such as Père Lachaise, the Edith Piaf museum, the Atelier des Lumières, the Belleville park or the very famous rue Oberkampf, a mecca of Parisian nightlife.
Many shops nearby for delicious meals for couples or friends.

The apartment will be very clean upon your arrival as professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon, which draws a continuous flow of travelers to the center.
