This brand new, air-conditioned studio is ideally located in the heart of Antibes' old town, in the pedestrian area, where you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, art exhibitions, a marina, a Provençal market, and much more, just steps away. It's just minutes from Place Nationale.
Renovated in July 2024, it can accommodate up to two people!

- Living room, Internet, comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and air conditioning
- Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hotplates and utensils
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
- Storage space for your clothes during your stay
This apartment features air conditioning and a private, separate laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and clothes horse. This laundry room is located on the ground floor (in the building), but not inside the apartment.
Tenants have access to the entire accommodation.
