This apartment is located in the city center of Antibes, just a stone's throw from the city center and the old town. This accommodation is ideal for your business trips or for your family vacations!
Ideal location 100m from Place de Gaulle and 300m from the old town, less than 10 minutes walk from Gravette beach.
This accommodation is composed of:
- Fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room with dining area, sofa bed, coffee table. All opening onto a beautiful terrace allowing dining for 6 people.
- The bathroom area with a separate toilet and a bathroom with double sink and large bathtub.
- Two bedrooms with double bed, closet. One bedroom has a terrace.
At the foot of the building, a Q Park car park offers weekly rates of €63 or €9 per day.
I am available by phone and WhatsApp and can come to you if needed throughout your stay. I will be waiting for you in front of the residence entrance to welcome you and give you the keys upon your arrival. Please note that check-in is no later than 8 p.m.
Guests have access to the entire apartment
The apartment is located on Avenue Robert Soleau, just 100 meters from Place du Général de Gaulle and 550 meters from the famous Picasso Museum located in the old town of Antibes.
In the surrounding area, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, and amenities. This location is ideal because it's right next to old Antibes, nestled within the ramparts of this historic district, where it's a joy to wander.
Bus stop 200 (to/from Nice Airport) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is located a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
To fully enjoy these small pedestrian streets, I recommend that you park your vehicle in one of the private car parks such as the QPark Jean-Marie Poirier located at the foot of the residence.
We offer luxury services, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
