Magnificent 18 square meter apartment located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayAble to accommodate 2 people, it is ideal for a couple.
Access is independent.

The apartment is a former artist's studio. The studio was completely renovated this year. To preserve the spirit of the space, the artist Wimi will regularly exhibit his works there.
It includes:
- a living space with a convertible sofa,
- a shower room
- and a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Fan, Coffee machine.
The apartment is located near the “Raspail” metro station.
You will find a "Carrefour Express" supermarket a 3-minute walk away for your small daily purchases.
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- the Luxembourg Gardens (a few steps from the workshop)
- and the Montparnasse district (10 minutes on foot).
You can also access other places in Paris via the Port Royal station.
A large number of restaurants are located at the foot of the workshop, including the legendary "La Closerie des Lilas".

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very diverse: it of course includes the Latin Quarter, and is therefore home to a very large student population, but also the Panthéon and its rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as Gallo-Roman remains which make the whole area an extremely touristy area.
The famous Latin Quarter is a lively student district, one of the oldest in Paris. Its name likely comes from the fact that, in the university district, instruction was taught in Latin.
