Located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator, this apartment consists of:
a bedroom with double bed,
a shower room,
Please note: access to the living room from the bedroom is only via the shower room (and vice versa).
a fully equipped kitchen,
a living room with a convertible sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
You will particularly appreciate the brightness and calm of the place.
For your comfort, the accommodation provides: Wi-Fi, fan, and Nespresso coffee machine.

a stone's throw from the Rue Saint-Maur metro station,

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and Place de la République.
