This house was built in 1930!
Completely renovated in 2024, it includes:
- three bedrooms with three double beds;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a cozy lounge area with television.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its veranda.
All comforts, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is ideally located 400 m from the ferry, the beach and the sea street.
A direct sale of fresh fish is held:
- at the market on Friday (10 minutes on foot);
- in Riva Bella and in the city center every Tuesday and Saturday morning (15 minutes walk);
- at the port from Tuesday to Sunday (5 minutes by car).
You can visit the landing beaches, as well as the Gros Blanc Nature Reserve and the Orne estuary on foot.
Various leisure activities are available to you nearby during your stay, namely sports activities, sand yachting, horse riding, pony club, swimming pool, tennis, karting, mini golf, etc.
