Located on the 1st floor of a small condominium.
It is composed of a living room with a lounge with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a fiber connection with the possibility of teleworking, a kitchen area equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Krups Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, washing machine, a hallway with a dressing room, a bathroom with double sink unit and shower, a separate toilet. Night side, a cabin with a 140cm double bed and a cabin with a 120cm sofa bed. Crossing accommodation, with a long balcony with sea view, air conditioning and parking space. Capacity 4 people.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
