Magnificent 250 square meter house located in Nantes.
ArrayWith an area of 250 square meters, it includes 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will love its location, close to all amenities.

Built by an architect and carefully furnished, the house is fully equipped and spread over 2 levels:
On the ground floor you will find:
- A large living room opening onto a 20 m² patio surrounded by greenery, which serves as a terrace offering a very pleasant setting for summer meals.
- 2 tables arranged in a living space of more than 101 m2, each able to accommodate 6 people
- A large, completely renovated kitchen.
Upstairs, there are:
- A 40 m² master suite including a bathroom and a dressing room.
- Two other bedrooms with 2 double beds, accompanied by two bathrooms and two toilets.
You will have all the necessary equipment for a great stay, such as wifi, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a raclette machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a television, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator, etc.
One of the strong points of this house is its location:
- All shops, including the Talensac market, are within walking distance.
- Nearby is also the Procé Park, ideal for walks.
- The city center can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour Express" supermarket a 9-minute walk away.
Among our favorite restaurants, we recommend Tartines et Bouchons, Canopé, La Cigale and Roza, to name a few.
