The apartment is located in the town of Montreuil, but it's on a street that separates Montreuil and Vincennes. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you can reach Vincennes town center, which offers a wide selection of quality local shops (Italian caterers, butchers, bakers, chocolatiers, pastry shops, etc.).
The town of Vincennes is very pleasant and family-friendly. The Château de Vincennes, located a 15-minute walk from the apartment, offers tours and workshops for children during school holidays. Finally, the Bois de Vincennes is accessible on foot in less than 20 minutes.
On the Montreuil side, Bas Montreuil has a multitude of artist studios in the streets surrounding the apartment's street (open in October). Walking distance (15 minutes) to the Tignous Contemporary Art Center (rue de Paris in Montreuil). Montreuil Children's Book and Press Fair which takes place every year at the end of November (15 minutes walk from the apartment).
To get to the center of Paris, it is possible to reach it via the RER A or via metro Line 1 in less than 20 minutes.

Located in Montreuil, the accommodation is close to the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The 20th arrondissement is a lively, vibrant, popular, and friendly neighborhood. It is home to a large number of theaters and café-theaters. You can find everything from punk rock to ethnic music, particularly in the Bagnolet area, south of the cemetery, and Ménilmontant, around the hill and avenue of the same name. The main tourist attraction in the area is the Père Lachaise Cemetery.
