On the St Mandrier/Mer peninsula, absolute charm, in a beautiful Provençal-style residence, free access to two swimming pools facing the sea, three tennis courts, bowling alley, children's playground, ping-pong, the Cap Soleil cove.
The residence overlooks the sea and has an exceptional view of the Mediterranean, 500 m from Ste Asile beach, a stone's throw from shops and water sports... Bread delivery to the residence only in July and August.
Comfortable 35 m² apartment, sleeps 4/5, 22 m² tree-lined terrace with garden furniture, lovely view.
Bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm), closet.
Entrance hall with rest area (fireside chair).
Bright living room with 2-seater sofa bed, 82 cm television, 90 cm children's armchair.
