This accommodation is charming and very well-equipped. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Able to accommodate up to 8 people (ideally 7), it is composed of three bedrooms, one with two bunk beds of 0.80 X 190, a second with two single beds of 0.80 X 90 and a third with a double bed of 160 X 200; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; a bathroom with a bathtub; and a living room with a convertible sofa, a SMART TV that can work with 4G, and a dining area.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washing machine in the house, but a laundry area with washing machines is located 50 meters from the house. Paid Wi-Fi - subscription to be taken at Pierre et Vacances.
You will also have a furnished outdoor terrace with no overlooked views, overlooking the golf courses: a BBQ and an electric plancha are provided free of charge; and to complete your stay, the residence has a pretty garden and a pleasant swimming pool! It is located in a peaceful area, in the Moliets Golf course, a place called "Les maisons du Golf de Pierre et Vacances", 800 meters from the SEA, 10 minutes by car from the Moliets Pond and close to bars and restaurants.
This is a Pierre&Vacances residence; please note that entertainment and certain activities are chargeable, and you will need to contact reception to schedule these. However, you do have free access to the shared swimming pools on the residence grounds, as well as the deckchairs available around them!

Bars, restaurants, and shops are nearby. The city center is also a 10-minute bike ride away. For your daily shopping, you'll find a SPAR supermarket a 5-minute drive away in the central beach area, as well as a large U Express in the center of Moliets.

The village center is a 9-minute bike ride away. You'll find all amenities there! Moliets' two beaches are 7 minutes away. Chênes Lièges Beach is quieter and more secluded; while the central beach is livelier, with several restaurants and bars nearby.
Moliets Pond is a 7-minute bike ride away. You can go for a walk or go fishing!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "SPAR Supermarket" 5 minutes away by car or 8 minutes by bike.

The accommodation is located in the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of the "cork oaks", a so-called "green" and isolated beach, and the cycle path to get there runs along the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course, which is itself next to the estate: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach is also available to you, 10 minutes away by bike, the livelier one, in an area of bars and restaurants, the "central" beach of Moliets. The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulty.
