Welcome to the "88 Maison du Golf" in Moliets-et-Maa!🌞
Able to accommodate 5 people, the house is warm, bright, well-appointed and is perfect for tourist holidays, with friends or family.
It includes two bedrooms upstairs with storage, the with a double bed of 140 X 200 with a covered balcony overlooking the golf course and the Landes countryside, the second with two single beds of 0.80 X 190, all completed by a beautiful bathroom with a WC: on the landing a large practical wardrobe for storage. The ground floor consists of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one person.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no washing machine in the house, but there is a laundry area with washing machines located 100 meters from the house.
It also has a small furnished garden with an unobstructed view of the Moliets golf course. An electric plancha and garden furniture are at your disposal! A body surfboard is available for those who enjoy a quiet ride, or you can try it in complete safety, of course!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

It is located in a peaceful area, in the Moliets Golf Course, a place called "Les maisons du Golf de Pierre et Vacances", 800 meters from the SEA, 10 minutes by car from the Moliets Pond and close to bars and restaurants.
This is a Pierre&Vacances residence; please note that entertainment and certain activities are chargeable, and you will need to contact reception to schedule these. However, you do have free access to the shared swimming pools on the residence grounds, as well as the deckchairs available around them!

Bars, restaurants, and shops are nearby. The city center is also a 10-minute bike ride away. For your daily shopping, you'll find a SPAR supermarket a 5-minute drive away in the central beach area, as well as a large U Express in the center of Moliets.

The accommodation is located in the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of the "cork oaks", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course, which is itself next to the estate: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulty.
