Offering every comfort, the villa has been completely renovated recently and includes:

- a room with two single beds 0.90 x 190;
- two functional and new shower rooms;
- a separate toilet + the one in the master bedroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen with dining area;
- a beautifully decorated and cozy lounge to relax in after a day of sightseeing;
A lovely 600-square-meter garden with a generously sized 8 x 4-meter swimming pool and an outdoor shower complements the interior description above: you are at home, and the grounds are enclosed. You can walk around the house, and the pool, with its wooden and stone terrace, is located on the west side, offering complete privacy. A fully wooden summer kitchen provides a welcoming bar area near the pool.
You will particularly appreciate the comfortable elegance and practicality of the house and the tranquility of its garden.
During your stay, you will have access to: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The "Club Royal Océan la Prade" development, where your house is located, is very quiet and comprises 50 villas with large gardens and swimming pools, near the expansive Moliets International Golf Course. The villa is a 10-minute bike ride from a beautiful beach, "Chênes Lièges," a secluded "green" beach, and the bike path leading there runs alongside the Moliets International Golf Course: everything is easily accessible without a car, peacefully and serenely. A second beach, just a 10-minute bike ride away, is the more lively "central" beach of Moliets, in an area with bars and restaurants: so you have plenty of choice depending on your mood!
The famous Vélodyssée, the great cycle route that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away, and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulties.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ perfectly embodies the maritime character of the Landes coast. Tucked away behind maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers, and undeniably beautiful Landes landscapes.
The village center of Moliets, just a 10-minute bike ride or a short drive away, offers a Super U Express supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher, a wine shop, a newsagent/tobacconist, a large pharmacy, and a variety of restaurants should you fancy a meal. I'd be happy to share my local recommendations with you!
The town centre is authentic with a Landes village atmosphere, a public garden and the Château Magenta... Worth discovering!
