The "12 Club Royal" is a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Able to accommodate up to 6 people ideally and up to 8, the house is composed on the ground floor of 2 bedrooms: one, the master suite, with a double bed 160 X200 and its private bathroom opens onto the large outdoor exotic wood terrace, the second with 2 single beds 0.80 x 200, also with a private and adjoining shower room and its WC. The mezzanine is equipped with a pretty quality convertible bed 140 X 200 and can accommodate 1 or 2 more people if necessary. A second individual WC is present on the ground floor, as well as a fitted kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room and a dining area opening with large bay windows onto the terrace. A pretty fireplace with insert and a beautiful contemporary decoration enhance the whole for your pleasure! The large exotic wood terrace is furnished and you have the benefit of a beautiful garden furniture and comfortable designer deckchairs: an electric plancha is offered to you free of charge to complete your comfort. New for 2023: a 3-seater sauna near the swimming pool is installed to relax even more in all seasons!
