This pleasant 36 m2 north-facing studio in Les Orres can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a ski-in/ski-out stay.
Ideally located on the third floor of Les Eglantines in the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will appreciate the proximity to the resort's shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.) which are just a few steps from the accommodation.
The accommodation has an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, a living-dining room equipped with a television, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have two single beds (80x190 cm) available in the sleeping area and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
For added comfort, you will enjoy ski-in/ski-out access from the ski locker or a private ski box will be reserved for you.
You will also have unlimited access to the residence's outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room. (Space open only in season, summer and winter)
As a bonus, you will have the option of reserving an underground parking space with the agency (at an additional cost and subject to availability).
