The Agence des Orres offers this pleasant 30 m² studio for rent, with a capacity of 4 people, ideal for a "ski-in/ski-out" stay.
Facing south, this accommodation has a superb balcony with a breathtaking view of the slopes, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun, reading a book, or simply enjoying the mountain panorama.
Located on the 4th and top floor of the "Les Églantines" building, in the "Les Hauts de Préclaux" residence, you will be just a stone's throw from the shops, restaurants and entertainment of the Orres 1800 resort.
The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with storage, a sleeping area with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, a spacious living room with a lounge area with a television and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the package.
To store your ski equipment, a private ski locker is available in the basement of the building, providing direct access to the ski slopes.
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with unlimited access to the residence's wellness area: heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (open seasonally only, winter and summer).
