From March 17, 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out at the Orres 1800 station and could cause disruption during the day.
This spacious 53 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It will be perfect for your mountain stay with family or friends!
Ideally located in the heart of the central square of Les Orres 1800, in the "Les Colchiques" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be just a few steps from all the shops (ski rental shops, bakery, mini-market, souvenir and local produce shops, restaurants, etc.).
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with storage, a large living room with a lounge area equipped with a television and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed; and a dining area for 8 guests to share good times around a mountain specialty.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. You will also benefit from a small balcony with a table and two chairs.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have the choice between the double bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 x 190 cm bed, upstairs a second bedroom with 4 single beds 80 x 190 cm which can each be pushed together to make double beds; as well as the sofa bed in the living room.
For your comfort, you will have two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower; and a separate toilet.
LITTLE EXTRAS:
- You will have two private ski boxes to store your ski equipment and you will be able to put on your skis and access the slopes directly as soon as you leave the locker.
- You will enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (space open only in season, summer and winter).
- You can reserve a double parking space for two vehicles in the residence's underground car park directly with the agency (at an additional cost and subject to availability).
