The Agence des Orres offers you this beautiful 55.70 m² apartment designed for 8 people. From the 2nd floor of the "Les" building in the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be ideally located close to all the shops, restaurants, and activities of the resort.
Thanks to its double exposure, this dual-aspect apartment offers a balcony overlooking the shopping square of Les Orres 1800, the heart of the resort; and an exceptional view of the snow front and the ski slopes, from the second balcony to the south where you can enjoy the sunshine of the Southern Alps.
The spacious living room consists of a lounge with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc. and a dining area for 8 guests at the table: the promise of friendly evenings with family or friends!
You will have three sleeping areas: two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a mountain corner with two single beds (80 x 190 cm). A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room and a separate toilet complete the ensemble.
You'll enjoy direct elevator access to the residence's heated outdoor pool, as well as the sauna and fitness room (open seasonally only, summer and winter). Two ski boxes are available for storing all your skiing equipment.
