VILLA DU ROUSSILLON Residence - Hidden from view, this holiday home will charm you with its peaceful, private setting.
On one level and equipped for 6 people, it consists of:
Entrance through the courtyard with barbecue available, deckchairs and garden furniture, a living room with TV and sofa bed, a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, etc., a bedroom with a 140 cm bed accessing the courtyard, a bathroom (shower) with washing machine, a separate toilet and a second bedroom with a 90 cm bunk bed + 1 90 cm bed.
Both bedrooms have storage space.
Private, numbered parking. Pets allowed!
The +: Close to local shops, the small shopping center, the beach 800m away and the Port.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be requested.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
