LES CYCLADES Residence - Residential complex with shared swimming pool open from 01/06 to 30/09. (Opening subject to government and prefectural decisions)
This 53 m2 holiday lodge with private numbered parking is composed of:
A courtyard with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue (NOT overlooked, a stone's throw from the residence's swimming pool).
A veranda serving as a living room with TV, a living room with modern and functional equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, multifunction oven - microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
A bathroom with a bathtub (small), and a separate toilet.
In the hallway, storage cupboard with washing machine and cleaning supplies.
And a bedroom with access to the courtyard with a 140cm convertible sofa.
Upstairs:
A mezzanine with a 140cm sofa bed and a second bedroom with two 90cm beds and a wall cupboard.
The house is air-conditioned and in perfect condition. A perfect vacation guaranteed!
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
