5ARE44 - Canet-en-Roussillon, charming little house with parking, furnished and equipped for 4 to 5 people, sea access 10 min walk.
This cottage is an excellent compromise between proximity to the beach and a quiet corner sheltered from the world and noise.
It consists of a terrace, an entrance opening onto the main room, living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, as well as an extractor hood and a fridge-freezer.
On the mezzanine you will find a sofa bed and a separate toilet.
And finally, on the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a chest of drawers, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a wardrobe, as well as a bathroom. Air conditioning upstairs.
A private parking space to park your vehicle safely.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
