This 23 m², 1-star studio cabin is located on the ground floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 3 people. It includes:
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchen area with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hotplates, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue set
- a shower with toilet included
The terrace, with its plunging view of the valley, faces north. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Pendule is located approximately 100 meters from the start and end of the ski slopes. The resort center shops are 250 meters away. Public parking is available nearby. The north-facing apartments enjoy a magnificent panorama of the valley and a beautiful view of Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort center is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
