ACCOMMODATION:
This 36 m², 2-star apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a mountain corner in the entrance with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single bed and 1 TV/DVD
- a kitchen area with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The living room and bedroom are extended by an east-facing balcony with a view of the slopes. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
The hopscotch track is located near the slope leading to Montchavin. A shuttle bus stop is directly accessible, providing easy access to the resort center. The north-facing apartments offer panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate, it allows ski-in/ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either by leaving from Montchavin or returning to the resort center. Parking is available near the residences.
