LEFT BANK - In a secure residence with elevator. Nice studio cabin on the 2nd floor composed of a bright living room with 140cm sofa bed and TV opening onto a closed loggia and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Park, an equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, hob), at the entrance a cabin area with 90cm bunk beds, a bathroom with a toilet. 1km from the city center and 200m from the beach and the Seaquarium. At your disposal, a small storage box (for bicycles, scooters, scooters, beach gear, etc.). Furnished and equipped for 4/5 people.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Sheet kit: €15/bed (flat sheets x2)

- Cleaning: €44 studio (excluding pet hair)
Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
