It is located in a secure residence with elevator and parking space, located 10 minutes walk from the city center and all amenities quiet.
This apartment is a P2 that has a pleasant proximity to the sea on foot. It is composed of a semi-open kitchen area on the living room. With access to a beautiful sunny terrace, with open views, the accommodation is on the top floor of the residence. A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment available: Coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc... A bedroom with double bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower.
