CITY CENTER - RIGHT BANK - P3 on the 2nd and last floor in a new residence, ideal location, 100 meters from the beach and 250m from the City Center. Composed of a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, air conditioning, wifi and TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine). Air-conditioned bedroom 1 with a mezzanine bed for 3 people (a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed), air-conditioned bedroom 2 with a 160 cm double bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and towel dryer. You will enjoy a superb roof terrace with a 22m² pergola with garden furniture and a second 23m² terrace, both facing South-West. A parking space in a closed garage. Furnished and equipped for 7 people. Baby equipment available upon reservation. Pets not allowed.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
