A bright and spacious living room with air conditioning overlooking a 30m² garden. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine), a cabin with a bunk bed for 2 people in 90 cm (Maximum weight 50 kg / minimum age 6 years), a bedroom with a bed in 140 cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Large garden on the channel side with a beautiful view of the boats. Close to shopping center, beach, sports activities and thalassotherapy. Equipped for 4 people. Pets not allowed.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
